Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The item should be in its original or reasonably good condition.

  • A proof of purchase (order number, email used at checkout) is required.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return solution where applicable.

You will never be asked to pay any additional fees for initiating a return.

  • 5–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank
